Nope, nope, nope. This is disgusting and horrible, and I am done with it. Going to reread BAND SINISTER by KJ Charles. That's an excellent book with much kindness.

The male MC is a despicable asshole who is raping... oh sorry! I'm sure that the author would claim that he's seducing the female MC under complete duress but that she'll be happy for it later. Contemptible.

The female MC is a judgmental jerk. Dare I hope that both of them will learn to be human beings? This book is lucky I'm a fast reader and therefore will continue to give it the chance it does not even remotely deserve.

The male MC in this story is really coming across as an abusive jerk to the female MC at 21% read. I hope he stops soon, or I'll stop reading and make up my own ending.
