Status Updates From The Fox Wife

I like both protagonists (the book has a trending POV by chapter, one is the she-fox-spirit, another is a detective who can hear lies. Both characters are likable and they are both looking for the same person (different reasons but I can see how these reasons can converge nicely). Not sure whether the plot is gripping, it is not yet, and the writing is def nothing special

Really enjoying how the author committed to the dual POV by alternating chapters.
