Status Updates From The Lion, the Witch and the...

I got a hideous move-tie-in Narnia boxset on sale from Target for a crazy good price because the new movie is going to make it obsolete. It’s so ugly that I couldn’t even find it in the editions tab on this app. Probably because nobody else ever bought it. I just had to pick the closest cover (mine is uglier).

The stone table broke and Alan is resurrected. What struck me was the very long and detailed “romp” that Susan and Lucy had with him afterward. The joy unbound until they finally get to ride on his back as he soars through Narnia. When I read the words, “have you ever ridden on the back of a horse” Aster said “yeah!” And imagined what it would feel like to ride on a lion through Narnia.
