Hard hitting depictions of being a queer, a woman, a human, a lover, and experiencing trauma in this precious and painful life are somehow flowing delicately as you read them. What a beautiful book!

Hmm so this is definitely better than most of these 2010s English-language poetry collections I have read so far, but (I mean no offence genuinely) this one also suffers from being a bit overwritten, from getting lost in too much unfocused imagery and from being a more visual (performance maybe?) poetry meant for social media. And I could not tell apart one 2010 poetry book from another style wise.
