Status Updates From The Bird's Nest

Ok I promise this is the last book I’m starting this weekend.

So far this story is more of a character psychology analysis than a plot heavy page turner. The way that Jackson uses interal dialogue to portray the differences in personalities within Elizabeth's character is interesting and (especially in the case of the "Betsy" personality) creates a deeply unsettling atmosphere.

"Mi mangerò il dottor Wrong. E Lizzie la scema"
"Mi dica, perché vuole fare del male a Elizabeth?"
Ci fu un'altra lunga pausa, e alla fine disse, con l'odio nella voce: "Lei sta fuori, no?"
