Started this book as it perfectly fits me as a shy person or seldom talker to others. The introduction felt long but had an engaging storytelling style using him (author) and other people he knows as examples. I didn’t reach Chapter 1 due to fatigue, but I'm intrigued on how the author handled the onion question and the discussion on mindfulness, breathing, and reframing anxiety as excitement.

I do like this section about apologies though. But i think there should be a section about when it is appropriate to apologise vs when ur being strong armed into it and you havent done anything wrong
