Really good! I appreciate this celebration of synchro and it’s roots so much that it’s making me want to do the unthinkable - get back in the pool LOL

Absolutely loving this. First of all, so great to hear about synchro from someone who has actually done it! And the combo of history with it is so perfect for me. And it starts with none other than my main man Ben Frank!!!!

I thought this was going to be about water sports in general but it’s a synchronized swimming, interesting!
