She’s so period I love her!!! Altho I wish we got more training scenes in the last book bc it’s kinda book magic atp to believe that just being in Annwyn is why she’s so good at controlling her magic. And fighting lowkey.

Love that Nenet is helping her bc she needs a local and local intel. Also I love the way the author wrote that bc of Slade and his dad ripping the worlds for a portal, it’s the reason he can shape shift and have two forms. Bc if I remember he said he looked like his father with the green scales and the spikes came out with his rot power too so he used to look like a combo of both I think. It’s all very good.
