it’s pretty good but i see it working more as a memoir with bits of interwoven criticism here and there (one which overuses the “i” and questions the “we”) than an actual critique with applied theory + fully fleshed out analysis. there is a lot of space for discussion though and i think it’d be especially rewarding for someone who’s never thought about the art vs the artist before (which i have)
