Status Updates From The Wedding Jinx

Omg!! I love this scene and the scene where Grayson passionately kisses Mila and he’s deep in love with her.

Oh the wedding speech!! 🥹🥹🥹

Omg, “You kissed me back,” Grayson says.
“Why did you kiss me?”
“Because I’ve wanted to since the first time I met you.”
“You did not,” I say with a laugh. I lean in and lay my head on his shoulder, and his hold on me tightens.
“I did,” he insists.

Mila reveals that STUPID MONTY CHEATED ON HER WITH ANOTHER WOMAN AT THEIR WEDDING!! And she is heartbroken, but glad that she left him. And Grayson is opening up about his family.

This is the second book I’ve read today with an ankle problem!!

OMG Grayson!!

“I feel Grayson lean in toward me so his lips are near my ear. “Do you at least slow dance?” he asks, his warm
breath sending little pinpricks of electricity down my spine.
“I … I haven’t in a long time,” I tell him. I actually can’t remember the last time I slow danced. It surely
wasn’t at the last wedding I attended. We never got to that part.
“How about giving it a try right now?”

“Testing it in a touristy spot is a good idea, and also true that we both could attend the wedding that way.
My brain also couldn’t help but conjure up pictures of Mila and me on a tropical island … together. Well, Mila
and me and a bunch of other tourists.”

It’s kinda funny that Dave is basically a stock photo of a man, but Mila, honey, be honest about your past and tell a therapist or Grayson when you get to know him better.
