Loving this so far

It’s been a bit tricky to find the groove of the book and characters. But it’s been just a nice fantasy book so far, with some mentions of darker content sprinkled.

"you were always our lost little princess. Wandering the halls alone, never had a true friend" is this me aged 6 playing i was a princess to cope with getting sick and getting bullied at school and having no one to be with there? 😭 Some sentences just hit you hard

Gurl no don't be an idiot

May or may not self insert myself into this story while reading

Am i actually getting out of a reading slump? I look forward to reading/listening and struggling to put books away to sleep 👀

I am loving these little blurbs at the beginning of each chapter. They are little sweet treats you get before diving in
