Finished ch. 27. So much for free discrimination and whatnot. And the Big Bad's ability is finally shown. Wonder if that's all there is, because like I said, it left more to be desired. One last batch of chapters to go!

Finished ch. 24. (Though, between chapters 22 and 23, there's actually something else, the length of which could pass off as a shorter chapter). Like dang! WTH is up with that mad scientist? IDK if it's just me, but I think it's boring to not know why she's to be feared. Obviously her ruthlessness was just demonstrated, but it just wasn't convincing IMO.

Finished ch. 21. The pacing for the last couple of chapters was pretty spot on, something bad happened when you feel like something bad probably would be happening lol. I just hope there’s no casualties, cuz that would be too predictable and annoying.

Finished ch. 18. Meeting people and needing their help. Not quite sure this would go.

Finished ch. 15. So our main dude actually has more secrets. IDK, I’m not even passively intrigued.

Finished ch. 12. Okay finally things are getting slightly intriguing (just barely though).

Finished ch. 9. (Though, between chapters 7 and 8, there's actually something else, the length of which could pass off as another chapter). IDK, ATM, I think the most interesting element is the cuss box; our dude's ability has the potential to be interesting, but overall, this still isn't super fascinating. I am quite devastated LMAO. That said, I suppose we still have time.

Finished ch. 6. Still not feeling it. Very worried.

Finished ch. 3. Unfortunately the bar is a little to high (Lockwood & Co. FTW), this didn’t grasp me as the other immediately did. Hopefully I’d change my opinion soon.

That was freaky. The Tainted are scary. I was gasping lots and had to stop reading for a moment.
