The next morning he wakes up to find the stroller of the woman in his driveway with shirts tweedledee and tweedledum on the seats. Someone playing a joke? He returns the stroller and has a flash of a vision of the kids being bitten by rattlesnakes with clips of his own sun mixed in for fun
