DNF - returned to KU - eating disorder and mental health issues too much atm.

So I tried skimming and skipping
And then I was at the end of the page
Cringing even more with the excessive acknowledgements pagesssssssss
And before that, soemthing about “health issues are important” or some shit

Did a middle aged white woman write this ??

It’s giving, dusty musty vag and b.o. of a white woman that acts like a little girl.

This was so off putting
The little I did read.
Ugh

I think I can confidently say that this is a shit book.
I’ve read too many shitty ones to not recognize yet another steaming pile in my face.

I am very critical after coming off finishing a fantastic new book. 4.5 stars. A book that ended on a major cliffhanger and still has no updates on the sequels.

This book is not starting off well at all, but that last book didn’t either.

But what triggered me for this one was the lackluster blurb, the first couple pages I skimmed. And now a possible fmc with an eating disorder ?… ugh

The mood reader in me just can't right now. 🙃
