Status Updates From Silberne Geister

Any time I read something by Sylvia, it feels like strapping in for a roadtrip without any sense of rush or chaos. Only smooth storytelling, very interesting and unique subject matter, and fantastic atmosphere.

Interesting setting (Mexico City's film industry in the '90s) and good slow build for a spooky story. Let down by weak prose that feels mundane or even clumsy rather than getting me swept up in the story.
