The first three chapters are the standard paleo criticism of the modern diet -- that evolution hasn't kept pace with the advances of agriculture and what used to work for us is now slowly killing us. Chapter 4 is about SDS -- sedentary death syndrome -- and how suburbia living is slowly killing us. So far seems a little scattered -- waiting to see how she pulls it all together at the end.
