Status Updates From Two is a Pattern

Yikes. unpaid 24/7 availability and stress of
one-hour response ? What slavery contract is this ?

Stupid writing is asking for massive bites of suspension of belief in the setup or the intelligence of Annie to keep going.

How is this an 4* average?

Wait. It’s the goddamn pager that did her in??

So this isn’t actually a romance. Both MCs were engaged in casual sexual relationship but they weren’t getting to know each other in a particularly romantic way. I guess this fact makes the ending understandable. I am very interested in what the author wants to do with the second part of this story. A very good 4* read.
