The exercises in this book are shaping up to be quite valuable; I'm shocked at how much is coming up and wanting to be communicated. Excited about this very interesting approach.

Intriguing so far. Unsure how I feel about all these “parts” but curious to try the meditations and activities in the book to see how they work overtime. I think it’s multiple parts together before I’ll see results in how this process works.

I mean, this seems psychosomatic with little to no research to support these claims. And if there is research, it only is from celebrity icons (which is a weird flex, imho) or from classical psychology. As a result, it just reeks of "I know this thing that can save the world... and you will be a better person if you too listen to your parts." It's really not that simple. Schwartz is a reductionist. Still will read.
