Rabbit heart was soooo good

Unfortunately, the latter half of this anthology was filled with disappointment. The V. Castro story was especially awful.

Summer Bonus, Lee Murray 3.5⭐️
The Druid Stone, Katie Young 3.5⭐️
Blessed Mary, Stephen Volk 4.5⭐️ - stories about the Mari Lwyd are creepy af
The Great White, Benjamin Spada 4⭐️ - Wendigo!

The White Road, Neil Gaiman 3⭐️
The Well, John Connolly 4⭐️
Rabbitheart, Jen Williams 3⭐️
The Original Occupant, Adam L.G. Nevill 4.5⭐️ (sort of a prequel to the novel The Ritual)

My only complaint is the dismembering of women’s breasts, it feels useless and serves nothing. Obviously this is horror story and gore is expected but all of the other antagonists doings feels intentional and furthers the allegory in the story. This part of the story sticks out and seems a little tasteless in my opinion.
