Main takeaway from chapter 1 is the paradox of trading. Acting in confidence and trusting yourself is a key to profitability. Also included a mindset survey to begin with which was a nice touch. When you have a fearful mindset in a market that is always uncertain, you will almost always achieve that fearful result.
