There were some genuinely hurtful things that Darcy did in the third act breakup. Like picking work over their date. But it felt like all of that stuff which would have been good conflict because it was tied to character flaws that had gotten some set up, was overshadowed by a stupid misunderstanding. Walking away from this for a few days was a mistake because not only is it still boring but I’ve lost track of whose voice is whose when they’re in scenes together because they sound the same.
