Ok, ok. I am 36 pages in… I’ve read the negative reviews. The main one was how can Gemma fall in love in a day… I’ve already fallen in love with Boone, before her! I love a military man that loves his dog the way Boone loves Atlas. The way he talks to him, and accuses him of being a flirt and judgmental. I really really hope nothing happens to ruin this happiness I feel about Boone and Atlas!!!!

If the bad guys wanna take her alive, it doesn't make sense for them to blow up things that she could be in.

This is definitely written as if it's a movie and not really as if it's a smart group of people. Written for impact rather than accuracy.

"this was all [my] fault" is one of my least favorite lines. Could I get some fictional characters who don't blame themselves for other people being evil?
