So I know that posting this publicly will out me as someone who reads cookbooks for fun…BUT Nisha is an incredibly creative cook who likes to delve into the science of all kinds of cooking techniques. As a bonus, she is just a fabulous writer. I’m loving all the witty asides that showcase her personality. Even as a non-vegan who just wants to eat more veggies, I foresee this book becoming my holy grail.
