finally reading this 😆😆😆 i was sorta putting it off cuz its the last ajw book i have left to read but since a new one is coming out in october (my birthday month lets fucking go!!!) i can read this i think 🔥🔥🔥🔥 so far narration is kind of mehh, very obviously first person iykwim but im really excited

at the risk of sounding like a bad gay, i’m not a fan of the part in a lot of queer books where a queer character (usually not out) comes across a gaggle of other very outwardly queer characters. like i know neopronouns are a thing and i don’t have anything against neopronouns but you also can’t like! expect me to believe that there happens to be someone in mid appalachia who uses them outwardly
