This reminds me in so many ways of Seamus Heaney’s translation of Beowulf, which would explain why I am loving it so, so much!

I am in awe of this unique book! I need to own it asap! I also had to dig out my late Mother’s sewing magnifying glass to read some of the paragraphs! 👀 🔍
