So far, the story is good. Lots of the baseborn characters distrusting the king or governors. It resonates with my soul. "You speak in riddles" is definitely overused.

I hope the rest of this book continues to improve like it has in the last few chapters, or I will not be able to finish it. It's been a very slow start. Also this book has already had several grammatical errors. At this point I'm not recommending this series, but that may change.
