Bangsa-bangsa Eropa dengan jaring pengaman sosial yang kuat tidaklah sosiosentrik berdasarkan definisi ini sosiosentrik adalah mengedepankan kebutuhan kelompok dan lembaga terlebih dahulu, dan memikirkan kebutuhan individu. Mereka hanya melakukan kerja yang bagus dalam melindungi individu-individu dari kerasnya kehidupan.
