This reminds me of The Terrifier. It’s so sick and twisted but my eyes can’t look away. It’s more than gory for sure. Definitely a perfect scary Halloween read.

going to have to dnf. I can go CRAZY on dark romance, but I don’t think splatterpunk is for me after reading this.. with that being said props to the author! I saw where they said they wanted this to be unique and vile & it definitely is. this is the first time a book has made me physically nauseous & I only made it 5 chapters in, SO if that is what you’re looking for: here you go!

This book drips horror on every page.
