I do wonder if the “your anxiety is a burden to others” isn’t a fully accurate translation of what the psychiatrist is saying or if it is indeed exactly what the psychiatrist is saying. Language translation can make it so it the message not exactly sound the same in its original language but idk 🤷🏾‍♀️

Got off to a slow start, wasn’t really connecting with it.
Seems to be picking up and becoming more engaging or relatable for me.
Will see.

It’s been two weeks since my therapist canceled and said she would send me her availability to reschedule soon so in lieu of therapy I’m read this I guess.
