Everything wrong with their relationship is about her insecurities about Shan. Even as he is trying to get her back, she just keeps pushing him away. Lowkey she’s annoying me……

This section was them building their relationship and making it real. We get a steamy scene at west house and really just them growing closer. West is starting to feel bad about the trade but he’s stuck between a rock and a hard place. Also West and Ace could be the cutest duo.

I’ve read this book before but I don’t remember the details so reading it again is really interesting. I think that the concept of the trade is crazy and thy have to be taking a bunch of brainless idiots to this banquet. I didn’t realize how mean West was to Jade when they first met but I feel like Shan always knew they would go together real bad. I like the representation in this book so far.
