Aren't Collectors supposed to not have a sense of touch? That rule has been violated several times already, but if they really don't have a sense of touch, then wouldn't being able to...you know, FEEL things, be a dead giveaway to Maggie that she wasn't in her own body?

So OF COURSE the only POC in this novel (so far) who is an explicitly stated POC is a tremendous bitch -- at least, I think that's what they're going for. I like to interpret Calliope as a WOC, though. We'll see how this one plays out.

Uh...I'm getting Mary-Sue vibes from basically every character in this book, but I'm not entirely sure if I'm right. How did Maggie go from being a problematic collector at the very beginning, to a "perfect" one -- the best one -- now?
