I'm riveted (and appreciating the occasionally sharp-tongued narrative)

this case has fascinated me ever since it happened all those years ago; the obscene incongruence of a child placed into a painted-pageant world was bad enough - add the bizarre and unbelievable circumstances of her murder and you almost forget how very tragic and unjust the whole thing is.
