Status Updates From The Invisible College

I’m slowly getting to the middle of this book and for the first time in a very long while, I’ve not been able to put it down. I’m so entranced by this world that Jeff has created. The whole magic system being based on music is just so clever! I’d highly recommend reading this!!

What?! That was wack. They really aren’t going to say anything about solving the mystery of the Acer?! I feel like the author did a good job of building the world and characters but it was slow moving with a need for more. I understand there are more books and a cliffhanger between books. But it just made me mad. lol

The first half of the book I was enjoying. The romance is cute but also a bit cringe. I feel like the book is slowing down and losing my interest half way through.
