My house smells like a boulangerie. For a first try at making real yeast bread, this cottage cheese and dill bread is pretty good, especially with melted camembert on top.
This book has some amazing recipes with easy to follow instructions and tips on dough handling. I can't wait to try the pecan brioche recipe before I turn into a ball of gluten.
