Enjoying this book as a daily practice in brain health. I’m reading a page a day and working in a small journal. I like that each “Day” includes information relating to a topic about brain health and includes a “Today’s Practice” to put into action what I’ve learned. I spend maybe ten minutes a day reading the page and completing the practice. Hoping this helps because the brain fog is real!
