I'm really loving this book, but I understand other reviewers' frustration with it. So, what exactly have Mal and Charlie been doing for the last 15 years?? D/s in the bedroom only? How, when Mal was 'the boss' and Charlie was pretty much doing what he said anyway? Maybe they needed things to be more clearly defined? I'm kind of confused.
