Essential reading.

I’m so conflicted reading this.
It’s outdated and feminine perspectives are non existent, but it’s a foundational text for this branch of psychology. It’s what many authors point to in agreeance or defiance. It feels like reading a physics book before the quantum boom, incomplete.

I am finding Campbell to be INSUFFERABLE, actually. I'm glad others have developed his ideas so we don't all have to wade through this mystical Freudianism.
