Last favorite line when looking at a photograph: “safe to assume that both of us had been breathing at the time.” WOW. What a way to describe it. The last half of the book was chockfuk with poems related to culture and ghosts. Kinda cool to know that every culture including Filipino, talk about vampires and monsters! Pretty cool to this American.

Woah. From the first page this book does not hold back in its description. I’m a sucker for someone who uses the natural world as a backdrop and our body as a microphone. Excellent so far!
