JUST SAY TWILIGHT! Why we gotta say crepuscule????

So originally my hypothesis was that Meadow was the author of the masquerade, and then I started thinking otherwise, but then when the mirror came into play I started thinking oh wait no but what if he *is* the author but just from a different dimension since we are talking magical realism, right?

This is a novel that I think straight people would *not* enjoy, and I say that having a lot of difficulty getting over a certain things yet still finding enjoyment specifically because of the queer nuance that comes with the story

Okay now shit’s getting exciting

Overall I feel like it's an intriguing story but the main character is kind of insufferable - kind of want to DNF but alas, it's for a book club with friends :')
