I didn’t realize this was only about not procrastinating at work. My job doesn’t have a hierarchy of work to sort, there’s just the same stuff that needs to be done each day and if I have free time I can work on something else but if I don’t it’s not an issue so there’s not much motivation to get to that extra work.
