Finishing the latest short story made me want to dive back into this trilogy, so excited!

so nice to read a fantasy novel that's actually anti-monarchist

Very fun so far. Interesting world, fast paced. I guess it misses the droll humor of an Abercrombie hence it isn't truly as great but apart from that pretty much firing on all cylinders. And it did what the best fantasy novels do quite quickly, pulled me into the world right away.
