Compellingly written, but maybe I don't like the college dorm setting? I don't relate. My first book by Fessenden was BB, and I will love him forever for that book. I've read several others, but I didn't like them at all, with the exception of Cop for Christmas--it charmed me. I wanted to buy The Rules, but I couldn't find a used PB copy, so I settled on this one, Screwups. It's good, maybe just not my interest...?

- I feel like literally every fucking book I read paints conservative families as a bunch of oppressive assholes, and that really pisses me off because my family is conservative and we're nothing like that. And, honestly, in what world is bitching at people you don't agree with going to change a damn thing? That's not how you solve problems.
