this book was so beautiful…well it was actually a graphic novel but same difference. the art style was gorgeous and the storyline was basic yet in a way it still told so much. i really appreciate how short it is but how real it is. i think that the graphic novel format rlly works for the type of story it’s trying to tell. also love the asian representation 🫰(probably not good in this context tho)
