i feel like she's kinda imagining him looking at her like that but really hes just getting a better idea of her cause he was just making sure but i guess if u never really liked a boy u tend to imagine people.

for a second i thought jamal was gonna be the guy not dreamy but that's ok cause dreamy sounds awesome not gonna lie. i guess i know why the books called puppy love tho it makes sense. if i'm being honest i didn't think this book was gonna be that good but its really good so far.
