Very interesting in light of understand Descartes, Kant, and Schelling compared to when I read this ten years ago. All monads fundamentally represent all ideas of God, they are self determined subsisting substances. Humans determine notions from ideas which ultimately are all contained within themselves (and ultimately the mind of God).
