Book 9, Polyphemus. Here comes my first gripe with Wilson's translation. Using "noman" instead of "nobody" makes no sense. Bc when Polyphemus tells the other Cyclops' that no man is attacking him, this could still imply that a woman or a monster or an animal is attacking him, and the others replying with "if no one hurts you" doesn't make sende bc he never said noone was hurting him just that it was no man.
