Lost interest

dunno what I expected (a sort of Best Of of scientific discoveries?) but this is very much a reaction to Covid. which is fine, of course, i trust al-khalili, it's just interesting!

I wasn't going to start this yet, but it dropped off my Kindle and wouldn't reload. I got it to load on my Samsung tablet where I keep the books I am actively reading, so, here goes.
