Status Updates From Maud Martha

i'm on 10th vignette now, still going quite well. interesting to see some existential questions and the disdain for religion formulating, but also harsh
realities of live with loans/losing one's home and her sister Helen that's literally worshipped by the rest of the family whereas she's the discarded one.

i'm quite liking it so far, way more than Cusk's Parade, lol. love this style of 'poetic vignettes' that tell one's story, and looking forward to the rest of it.

I know my attention span is fried when it takes me two weeks to read this much of this tiny book 😭
