Really great conclusion to this chapter and transition to the next one! Writing at this part of the chapter made the arguments really salient

There’s a very rich telling of German history here, but I’m losing how Ulrichs is connected at points. While it is interesting, I think it could be pared down to the more pertinent parts to the origins of German homosexuality.

This is incredibly compelling so far. Really enjoying the intricacies of Ulrich’s life and theories.
