Status Updates From The Lesser Dead

Every time I see the main character’s name pop up, it throws me for a loop. Hi, Joey Peacock, my name is also Joey. The name (nickname) is just so uncommon. This might be the first time I’ve ever seen it. Anyway, I’m rambling.

So far so good. Very vulgar so far but I’m not finding it bothersome. I like the way Buehlman is introducing the characters here. And I’m excited to see how the major plot plays out. Man, do I love me a good vampire story.
